TOC紫外线灯是如何降解水中TOC的?

水体中的TOC即总有机碳(Total Organic Carbon),它是用来表示水中的有机物质的含量,以有机物中的主要元素一碳的量来表示,称为总有机碳。TOC紫外线灯用“VH”来表示185nm,185nmUV灯管是用来降低TOC(总有机碳)会产生OH—(氢氧基)对各种有机污染物进行彻底的氧化,降解并*终转变为无污染的CO2(二氧化碳)和H2O(水)。

TOC灯管就是对水中TOC进行处理的设备,它是利用185nm波长的紫外灯管直接照射纯水,此时水中TOC与光子直接碰撞的几率很低,此时靠水中TOC杂质直接吸收185nm紫外光光子能量再分解并形成CO2逸出从而得到降解是很困难的,所以我们一般认为185nm波长的紫外光降解水中TOC时,波长为185nm紫外光先与水作用,引起水的均裂反应,其反应式如下:

H2O→H++HO-①            H2O→H++HO-+eaq- ②

从上面的反应式可以得出185nm紫外光照射水时,在185nm紫外光所能照射的范围内可以产生中间体HO-、H+和eaq-(水合电子)。这些活性中间体再与水中有机物发生亲核、亲电和电子转移反应,引起水中有机物的降解和矿化,并使其TOC浓度降低,达到降解水中TOC作用。

The Jelight Company is capable of producing bulbs ranging from 1-200 inches in length and 25-1500 Watts per inch, with a variety of end caps. Lamp envelopes are available in ozone-producing or ozone-free quartz. 

TOC分析仪是将水溶液中的总有机碳氧化为二氧化碳,并且测定其含量。利用二氧化碳与总有机碳之间碳含量的对应关系,从而对水溶液中总有机碳进行定量测定。

TOC分析仪紫外线氧化法是使用UV灯照射待测水样,水会分解成羟基和氢基,羟基和氧化物结合会生成CO2和水,然后检测新生成的CO2即可计算出总有机碳含量。在使用紫外线氧化法时,通过添加二氧化钛,过硫酸盐等可以提高氧化能力。紫外线氧化法的优点是氧化效率高,保养简单,缺点是UV灯管需要定期更换。
