激光测振仪反光贴reflection mark LV‑0012
小野测器(Ono Sokki)提供 HT‑011 作为光学旋转检测器或手持式数字转速表用反光标识。但 HT‑011 不适用于激光多普勒测振仪,因为其结构与 LV‑0012 不同,即便外观相似。
原因
LV‑0012 的反光基材上附着大量玻璃微珠,依靠这些微珠的逆反射效应将入射光沿光源方向返回。HT‑011 虽然同样在反光基材上带有大量玻璃微珠,但其表面额外带有涂层。该涂层会在微珠前方对激光产生反射与畸变,降低激光的逆反射性能,因此无法实现稳定测量。
反光标识具有逆反射功能,可将反射光沿光源入射方向返回。
(逆反射是光学中一种特殊的反射结构,指入射光沿入射方向原路返回的反射现象。)
从结构上看,反光标识是厚度为 100~300 微米 的薄型柔性片材,其内部在树脂基体中均匀分布着大量微径高折射率玻璃微珠(直径约 100 微米)。
这些微珠均匀排布,以实现相应的反光效果。
每一颗玻璃微珠均为标准球体,可起到凸透镜的作用:
入射光穿过玻璃珠体后发生折射并聚焦于一点;
在玻璃珠底部设有反射层,光线经反射后再次穿过玻璃珠体,沿原入射方向返回光源。

The structure of the reflective mark

Can I use a reflective sheet other than LV-0012?
Ono Sokki provides HT-011 as a reflection mark for optical rotation detector or handheld digital tachometer. But HT-011 is not suitable for Laser Doppler Vibrometer because it has different structure, even if similar appearance as LV-0012.
A lot of microsphere glass beads are stuck on a reflection base material of LV-0012. Incident light is returned to direction of light source by those beads retro-reflective effect.
Though same as LV-0012, HT-011 has a lot of microsphere glass beads on its reflection base material, furthermore, surface of HT-011 is coated. This coating causes reflection and distortion of a laser light in front of those beads, and reduces retro-reflective features of a laser light. That’s why stable measurement is not possible.
